I am a very busy person. How busy? Well, in addition to being a husband and father, I work a full-time job as an electrical engineer at Dolby Laboratories (I’ve been there for nearly 30 years!), I’m a professional musician, singing and playing various instruments, and I’m a real estate investor. How do I manage all this? One thing that helps is that I don’t even own a TV.
Sometimes I need to adjust how much I do in any one area to allow me to get things done in another. For example, although I love performing in musical plays and operas, I am currently reducing my participation in shows this year in order to build up my real estate investing business.
