Greetings from Florida! I’m here attending a four-day course presented by Fortune Builders on the subject of short sale and pre-foreclosure investing. This is particularly timely since so many properties these days are over-leveraged. The only way to turn them into deals is to negotiate with the banks to reduce the debt, and this is what we are learning this weekend. When I get back to San Francisco, I’ll really crank up the marketing machine, and I’ll be better prepared for what will come in.
Well, it was only a matter of time before I joined everyone else writing various random thoughts for the world to read (not that the world really cares…)
I started this blog to talk about all of the many activities in which I am involved. These range from real estate investing to various types of music to engineering.
